Boreal 3 berries and chocolate fruit salad

 Berries in season are the best ingredients for a fruit salad. Berries are general full of antioxidants, vitamin C and sodium.
The tiny, round blue-purple berries have long been attributed to the longevity and wellness of indigenous natives living around subarctic regions in the Northern hemisphere. The wild strawberries is sacred to native Americans, they use them in a ceremony of passage for young girls.
Ayurveda suggest to eat fruits of the same taste for easy digestion. This salad can be enjoy by any dosha and lover of raw food.


Ingredients for 4
2 cups of mix blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and strawberries.
4 to 6 tsp raw cocoa, depending on your taste; or 4 tsp of heart blend from satya spices.
1/3 cup maple syrup.
1 pinch of salt
20 fresh fresh mint leaves
1 pinch of chilli. or ginger.
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp anise powder
1/2 tsp of orange peal powder.

Preparation:
Blend together: Maple syrup, cocoa, spices, salt, mint leaves, and a hand full of blackberries. Blend until creamy. Add to the fresh fruits, garnet with fresh mint leaves.
