kale chips

Kale is rich in vitamin A, K, and C, but that do not make kale the super food that is. Kale is also the green to enrich the minerals in your blood. It contains Magnesium, Calcium, phosphorous, Potassium, zinc, and iron.
Minerals are good for all of us, but specailly to our air constitutions;Vatta,
Eat kale cooked, boiled or just as a snack in a form of chips.

I personally recommend this snack for kaphas.

Ingredients:

1 bunch of kale (the frillier the better)
1-2 tbs of ghee
salt to taste

Remove the stems running through the middle of the leaf (otherwise your chips will be chewy rather than crispy);
Cut into large pieces and place seperately on a cookie sheet.
Melt the ghee and lightly brush onto the kale. Salt to taste.

Bake in the oven at 250 degrees for approximately 25 minutes or until kale is crispy.
