Orange Juice to Calm Your Vatta Dosha

Ingredients:
2 oranges, peeled
3 spoons of palm sugar
desired quantity of water


Directions:
Put the peeled oranges and palm sugar into the blender. Add about 1/4 cup of water. Blend. Add more water to your desired thickness. Serves 2.
